The manufacturing process is divided into single-roller method and double-roller method. The single-roller method is to pour molten glass onto a rolling forming table. The production of patterned glass by the double-roller method is divided into two processes: semi-continuous calendering and continuous calendering. Generally, the surface of the lower roller has concave and convex patterns, and the surface of the upper roller is a polishing roller, resulting in patterned embossed glass on one side. The physical and chemical properties of embossed glass are basically the same as those of ordinary transparent flat glass. It is only optically transparent and opaque, can soften the light, and has a privacy-blocking shielding effect and a certain decorative effect.
